Hello. My name is Andrew Bayly and I help leaders engage their teams with strategy, change, action… and, importantly, with each other

Some examples of the work I do

I specialise in co-curation of major change and communication programs and events (e.g. strategy retreats, annual kick-offs and conferences, soft skills training, cultural change, positive organisational behaviour). And I bring a unique mix of hard economic nous, psychological science, and theatrical flair to my clients’ projects. Along with 30 years experience helping many of Australia’s biggest and most successful organisations to change for the better.

A key differentiator is that I help my clients turn strategy, change and influence into socially engaging pursuits.

My repeat clients include seven of the Top 20 ASX firms and regional ops of global firms with multi-$bn turnover.

The roles I take on:

  • designer and facilitator of change and strategic communications / events
  • expert advisor (leadership, communications, economic strategy, positive psychology, facilitation; big meetings, all-organisation workshops etc.)
  • coach (informal) and mentor
  • conference designer
  • workshop designer
  • facilitator
  • keynote speaker
  • MC (emcee)
  • presentation preparation / trainer / coach

I help leaders to shine with, and in front of, their teams

  • cultural change
  • engagement
  • team building
  • communications / soft-skills training
